Advertisers are solely responsible for ensuring submitted content:
Parrade reserves the right to reject, suspend, remove, or request modification of any content at its discretion.
The Platform, including its software, branding, content, design, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to Parrade and protected by intellectual property laws.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit Platform content without prior written consent.
By uploading content to the Platform, users grant Parrade a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for purposes related to operating, promoting, and improving the Platform.
The Platform may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including payment processors, analytics providers, mapping services, and communication tools.
Parrade is not responsible for the availability, performance, or actions of third-party services.
Refunds, cancellations, fulfillment responsibilities, and campaign execution are governed by:

including loss of profits, business interruption, reputational harm, or loss of data arising from use of the Platform.
Parrade's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid to Parrade related to the transaction giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Parrade, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:
Use of the Platform is subject to Parrade's Privacy Policy, which describes how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, and protected.
Users agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting Parrade.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, Parrade may require disputes to be resolved through binding arbitration or other lawful dispute resolution procedures, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Users waive any right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Users remain responsible for complying with all applicable local laws and regulations in their respective jurisdictions.
Parrade may update or revise these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms become effective upon publication or as otherwise stated. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
